Preston Grange Community Association – Introduction
Formation
Preston Grange Estate was built by M.J. Liddell & Sons circa 1965. The Preston Grange Community Association story starts with the builder being involved with the Land Conveyance of our present site. Just off Newington Drive. To the earliest residents for a £5 transfer fee. This was done on 21 August 1970.
Work started on the existing building on 14 June 1971. Furthermore the work was completed by 14 January 1972. After that, the formal opening took place on 19 February, 1972.
